At Imeca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware and renovation supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging, including all screws, brackets, and instructional manuals.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
